Privacy policy
Effective July 29, 2026.
This policy explains how we handle two very different kinds of information: data from people who visit this site, and the documents our clients entrust to us.
1. Visitor data
If you complete the contact form, your browser opens your mail application with the message already written. This site does not store that form in any database.
We use no tracking cookies, no advertising and no behavioral profiles.
2. Client documents: we act as a processor
For documents we process on behalf of a client business, we act solely as a processor. We are not the controller of that information.
If your personal data appears in the documents of a business that hired us, your requests should be directed to that business, which controls the information.
3. How we protect information
We maintain a written security program with reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, appropriate to the size of the business, the nature of its activities and the sensitivity of the information, in line with the New York SHIELD Act.
In practice: encryption in transit and at rest, two step verification on every work account, access limited to a single responsible person, and secure deletion of working copies.
Jacksiel González Pérez is the person designated to coordinate the security program.
4. How long we keep copies
We keep working copies for up to 30 days after delivery and acceptance, then delete them securely so the information cannot be read or reconstructed.
We do not keep backups of client documents beyond that period.
5. If there is an incident
If we detect unauthorized access to or acquisition of private information, we notify the client who owns the data within 24 hours of discovery, with the information they need to meet their own legal obligations.
6. Document destruction
When paper records are to be destroyed, the work is performed by a company licensed by the City of New York, using cross cut shredding, and a certificate of destruction is issued with date, method and inventory.
Electronic media are erased or destroyed so the information cannot be read or reconstructed.
7. Third parties involved
We use cloud storage contracted by the client, in the client's own accounts, and licensed destruction companies when needed. All of them are contractually held to protection no lower than this policy.
We share client information with no one else.
